Dandi strives to understand and assess your potential rather than your achievements to date. For example, you could have been held back by personal circumstances that did not allow you to achieve that potential, such as financial difficulties during university or caring for a loved one full time whilst studying. We will ensure our partners have a complete understanding of your personal situation. In short, we are here to champion you.
The dandi mission is to help city law firms in their journey of becoming more representative of the communities in the wider UK population. We will not stop until we reach our goal.
As part of dandi legal's candidate registration and care process, all successful applications are responded to within 30 working days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. We may keep your details on our system on a confidential basis for future opportunities.
