Vacation Scheme - Boutique Law Firm

Who we are and who is our Partner?

Striving to provide equal opportunity for all is something we pride ourselves on at dandi. We are committed to transforming the legal sector’s workforce by guiding our clients through the contextualisation of achievements and promoting a fairer recruitment process less prone to bias.

Dandi is proud be a partnering with an excellent boutique Law firm who are committed to improving their workforce diversity. Our partner is growing rapidly and is seeking to recruit more trainees than any previous intake. The Vacation Scheme will consist of:

  • A 2-week Vacation Scheme across 2 departments

  • Seeing what the firm is really like from the inside, you get to judge us for who we really are

  • Working on live matters alongside Lawyers at all levels, including Partners

  • An inclusive working culture where everybody’s opinions and ideas are valued equally

Our Partner was set up by Lawyers from a silver circle Law firm. Despite being smaller than most, they still work on some of the most exciting and largest matters in the city. You will get to experience our team orientated, non-hierarchical culture that we think it brings the best out of our Lawyers.

Your application is for our 2022 Summer Vacation Scheme (dates TBC). The firm plan to make training contracts offers straight after completion of the Vacation Scheme with no further assessments or interviews required.

Dandi strives to understand and assess your potential rather than your achievements to date. For example, you could have been held back by personal circumstances that did not allow you to achieve that potential, such as financial difficulties during university or caring for a loved one full time whilst studying. We will ensure our partners have a complete understanding of your personal situation. In short, we are here to champion you.

The dandi mission is to help city law firms in their journey of becoming more representative of the communities in the wider UK population. We will not stop until we reach our goal.
